Let's have a look at how we'd go about this...
...in this case you would want to do this manually, but that's very easy. I've made a tiny mock-up of your pattern piece to show you how I would go about it:
Key here is the use of Extract to isolate the pieces you wish to pivot. Because it's a more complex pivoting approach, you wouldn't want to use the "Pivot" feature for this particular case. Pivot is good for a larger series of slashes at even amounts. Not the case here.
Once you're done with this, you might want to Add "Elements Only" to a new sheet and then complete your new pattern piece before extracting the final result.
